I've been doing some health troubleshooting, and it came to my attention when tracking my micronutrient intake in cron-o-meter that my zinc:copper ratio is very high. Do any of you know of a good resource regarding why this ratio does or doesn't matter?
Most of what I'm finding in Google is from questionable sources or refers to printed matter to which I don't have access.
