I'm interested in exploring and connecting Paleo lifestyle with Yoga and Ayuverda teachings. So far paleo and yoga part have been good for me individually.
How can I relate to Ayuverda Doshas: Kapha, Pitta, Vata and their balance/imbalance food choices?
For example Kapha is mud and supposed to be heavy, overweight, etc. are typical SAD who might benefit from Paleo lifestyle, but according to Ayuverda meat will only aggravate - contradiction with Paleo while avoiding sweet flavor will bring into balance - inline with Paleo.

Another point of view is that it's unrelated approaches. One is evolutionary/scientific and another is energy/spiritual.
