Favorite stretches?

After seeing the fuzz speech, I'd like to incorporate more motions / stretching into my day without having to go full yogi.

Ideally looking for some sort of 5 minute full body super yoga flex instructional, or some key exercises / activities that don't get too boring.

i suppose he can work into them as he did ask for a "super" workout thats fairly compressed. Ive never been to a single class and im almost done the primary series of ashtanga :)

These are great, but they aren't appropriate poses for someone not going to a yoga class who wants to do a few stretches. If Paleot tries these he'll be back on the forum with questions on how to heal ripped muscles. :(

This is one of my favorite yoga positions / stretches:

favorite-stretches?

I think the name for it is Morning Wood.

Here are some yoga positions you can do without a partner though: favorite-stretches?

Bridge is my favorite. It stretches as well as strengthens your entire body. Pigeon also feels really nice in the hip area.

Start with a quick few rounds of Sun Salutation a and then B.

Pigeon pose and Frog pose are great for opening up the hips! and keeping them in check.

Trikonasana and Utthita trikonasana B

Pasaritona Pandonasana

Plough posture

crow pose

CHakrasana

navasana

these ones are very good!

enjoy!
