Best book on Yoga?

Seriously...read it to fast..."Best Book on Yoda" Which of course I'd recommend "Journal of the Whills" ....I'm just gonna go nerd out over here in the corner Truth.

Not really the answer to your question, but...

I love to read. Love to learn. Love yoga.

Been doing yoga for 20 years and never read a book on yoga. You learn yoga by doing. My advice is to invest time into finding an amazing yoga teacher.

Beryl Binder Birch's books on yoga are great. I highly recommend then since she writes about the poses and the spiritual and psychological components as well.

UMM well I have always liked reading about different types of yoga...maybe read the Bikram one or the Vinyasa one (two of my personal faves)...
