What's the consensus on treating yeast infections? In my research, I have so far found zero-fructose diet and low carb.

Normalize your eating, and then take some anti-fungals. In other words, fix the conditions that caused conditions conducive for fungal growth and then help your body clear it out.

I would go low-carb before I went zero-fructose. (To be zero-fructose you would also have to be zero-sucrose.)

You might find a VLC diet can make it worse. The trick is figuring out the 'right amount' of carbs for your situation. Some experimentation will be necessary.

You might find VLC actually makes it worse. You want to find just the 'right amount' of carbs. Good luck!
