Hey everyone. Would like to get your opinion on my daily food intake What you think of it in terms of how paleo like it is. I am only new to paleo hacks and understandably i am worried if what i am eating is going in the right direction or not. I am basically having only 2 meals at this stage. I find that i dont need much food to feel satisfied. Breakfast is a huge omellette of 5eggs, diced bacon of 6 slices and also 2 onions sliced. Lunch is basically 2 steaks about 400 grams each and dinner is 4 chicken breasts of about 300 grams each. Am i eating too much? Or will i gain more than i plan to lose? Help :p

seems like you may need some more fat in there... avocados, coconut oil, butter, etc.
