Hey everyone. Would like to get your opinion on my daily food intake What you think of it in terms of how paleo like it is. I am only new to paleo hacks and understandably i am worried if what i am eating is going in the right direction or not. I am basically having only 2 meals at this stage. I find that i dont need much food to feel satisfied. Breakfast is a huge omellette of 5eggs, diced bacon of 6 slices and also 2 onions sliced. Lunch is basically 2 steaks about 400 grams each and dinner is 4 chicken breasts of about 300 grams each. Am i eating too much? Or will i gain more than i plan to lose? Help :p

like Danielle said, eat as much as you're hungry for. That fat may cause you to take some protein away but if that's the case you're still fine.

Yes add to your existing intake. Don't worry about portions, eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full.

Really? I thought it was too much food Jeff. You mean add these things to the existing food?

I agree. Or at least make sure those eggs are cooked in bacon grease, and that you're eating fatty steaks. Why chicken breasts -- how about thighs with skins, or even the whole bird? For weight loss, fat is definitely your friend. I know it's hard to wrap your head around at first, but I lost 75 pounds eating high-fat, low-carb. *Very* high fat.

seems like you may need some more fat in there... avocados, coconut oil, butter, etc.

You need some more fat. You could add 2 Tbs butter to each meal.

Also cut back on the protein just a tad.
