Are High intensity bodyweight circuit training (i.e, squats,burpee,lunges) more effective in losing fat, building muscles or both? How about sustaining muscle so no muscle loss?

@tkkkkt2 It can, and i believe, should be part of a muscle building program but its not as simple as that. You have to consider the individuals entire training paradigm, their lifestyle, and their eating habits among other things to understand and properly program high intensity circuits into their exercise routine with their goals in mind. Generally speaking though, high intensity circuit training will burn fat more readily than it does build muscle.
