Does anyone have any experience on using the TreadDesk or equivalent?
I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has used or owns/ has owned one and if it's something worth looking into. Sitting for too long places your hips into a super flexed position, with the angle between your hips and your torso shortened. I'm worried about losing the ability to fully extend my hips overtime and having to be one of those people relying on a prop or bar in the bathtub to get myself up out of any sitting position. Basically -- I want to be a nimble granny since my paleo eating habits will have me living live to 120 -- at the very least.
