Anyone done the Brazilian Butt Lift workout program by BeachBody?

The reviews I've read are great, seems legit. Anyone have first hand experience using this program? Or success with other workout programs?

It sounds sexy and fun, but, how is this related to Paleo?

Weighted is what I do. You have to do too many BW squats to make it worthwhile and even with that, I am doubtful that would give you a butt raise.

Oh, I think I just recalled. TurboFire and Chalene Extreme? Those programs seem OK, but Chalene bothers both me and my wife :)

This sounds like a good, honest review. Glad you mentioned liking other BB programs. What are TF and CLX? I'm only familiar with Insanity, Asylum, and the P90(x) & One on One franchise. franchises.

Best "butt lift" work out ever -- squats. Best all-round work out, Crossfit.

I made it through one week of it [its a four week program] and gave up. By give up, I don't mean it was hard it was a moderate workout but I just became bored with it. It's basically tons of squats and lunges but done in different positions to "Activate the muscles". You would probably have better luck just googling different squats and lunges. I do have other BB programs that I love [insanity, TF, CLX] but I honestly cannot recommend BBL from what I experienced from it.

I also would recommend though trying to find a crossfit gym :] I haven't been able to start with that yet, but I hope to soon!

No. You want a butt lift? Start doing squats. I have been doing heavy squats for years and I have an a$$ like a pear, baby.

I like the Rachel Cosgrove program outlined in her book Female Body Breakthrough. It's mostly weights, then metabolic conditioning, then cardio. It is not target toning, however there are a lot of squats and deadlifts - one legged, two legged etc. etc. etc. Lots of variation and lots of great glute activation.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but am curious about what people say. Brazilian implies sexy, and lord knows I could use a butt-lift...
