What to do in this senario?

I work third shift. 4p-4a doing very strenuous work, lifting and flipping 252 45lb objects in one shift. I'd still like to work out and I'm still worried about body composition but with the nature of my work should I be working out in the first place. If so what would be the best way to approach it?
