I have recently started Paleo and have been quite happy with the results, but I am coming up to my period and I am absolutely exhausted! I used to be tired and sick before my period before, I am not sick now but I am wiped! What gives?

Check out this woman's blog.. she went from obese & sick to "badass" via diet & exercise.

I'm sure her blog will have something to help

PS... exhausted often means not enough food & sleep relative to workouts :(

When I started eating Paleo two years ago, I haven't seen a period. It was because I was doing such low carb and training. When I was 20 at the time... I NEEDED THE CARBS. The fat made me feel like shit (ever blog/forum I read everyone is telling me "fat is great!! eat more eat more!") Ive switched to a lower fat (50g/day) and probably 140g carbs a day and actually have emotions now. Still no period! Eat some carbs. @keenbean
