What to eat Pre and Post Workout

Being new to Paleo I do not know what to eat before and after Crossfit. I am still trying to read all that I can on Paleo but at the moment I do not have a great knowledge of the do's and don'ts of Paleo. What do you guys eat Pre and Post workout?

That's a bit simplistic. It depends on your goals. I train fasted (16+ hours), but I wouldn't recommend it to someone on a bulk, for example.

The same could probably be said about your sarcastic comment, alligator. No need to turn new users off with remarks like that. Try using a little positive reinforcement next time.....you might be surprised at how effective it can be both here, and in your offline world as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinforcement

Don't eat pre-workout. Eat food post-workout.
