I weight train about 4-5 times a week along Irish a couple days of cardio and trying to put on muscle therefor I am trying to eat a lot of protein:.. Are quest bars and whey protein allowed on the whole 30? Also, what about stevia? Any tips you can throw out from your whole 30 experience? I am paleo but also a sugar addict lol

Why cardio? You are trying to put on muscle, you need as much rest as is humanely possible in between your workouts.
You should be either sleeping or eating; not running around wasting energy.

No, no, and DEFINITELY NOT to the quest bars, whey protein, and stevia, respectively.
Quest bars: contain whey.
Whey protein: is dairy. Dairy is out on the W30.
Stevia: is a sweetener. Seriously, you thought you could have a sugar substitute on the W30? Did you even read the rules?
Seriously, next time spend 5 seconds reading the W30 website. I'm sorry if I sound like an ass, but all these questions are very easily and obviously answered with a few quick google searches.
