I read in the Paleo diet for Athletes book that Cordain recommended this pre workout. I tried it the past few days and have had great energy in the gym (I train BJJ). My usual breakfast is 2 eggs with half a sweet potato around 8 in order to give some digestion time. Mat Lalonde is pretty much against fructose and has even said that having it for bfast is the worst time to eat fruit. So I guess my qusetion is if anyone else has tried this and what are your guys thoughts on applesauce with some whey in the morning vs what I normally eat? Thanks
P.s Have read numerous people perform better fasted so maybe thats why Iv had better energy eating this lighter meal
