Coconut Vinegar?!

I found it...bought it...have no idea what to do with it.

Has anyone ever used it?!

I buy it at Whole Foods and drizzle it on cold potatoes and then top with yogurt, wonderful.

I found it at Earthfare...its a small grocery store chain in the southeast.

Like regular vinegar in salads and whatnot. You can also use it to cook good adobo dishes, which is a Filipino style of cooking. Just google meat of choice + adobo.

I poked around on Google and found this recipe that sounds good enought to try- http://garlicpig.com/tag/chicken-adobo/ .

Now I just have to find the coconut vinegar!

Oh - I LOVE coconut vinegar - I use it in place of any other type of vinegar - so for salad dressings, for a touch of tang in a stir-fry, in bone broth, chicken broth or in a stew. I usually buy it in asian markets and a big bottle is usually under $2.

I bought a bottle once... it was nothing special. I much prefer raw cider vinegar.
