Hello(: I'm 14 years old and I weight 150 pounds and I hate it:( !! I try running on my mom's tredmil, but I always lose confident in myself. I would like to weigh 20-30 pounds lighter, more would be great too. I just want to get to the point that I'm healthy and happy about my weight. Any tips or advice will be great.. Thanks :D!!
