I have been following the paleo diet for a few years, i had a break over the christmas period and easter period, i have been super strict since easter, training hard and generally very active (sport science student).
I have been looking to strip down (summer is coming!) and i am looking to get my body fat down from 18% to 15% if not lower.
I am being very strict and training hard but just seem to hold the weight round my mid section, what could i do to shift this!
I am 5ft 10, 20 year old male, i currently weigh 14 stone, would quite like to stay at this weight, but want to decrease my body fat %.
What can i do?
