not losing any weight, help!

I have been doing strict paleo for 1 month now and I have not lost one pound. I am about 60 lbs overweight. I do crossfit 2-3 times a week and run 20 mins on days off with one rest day.

Typical day: *Bkfst- 2 hard boiled eggs *lunch- baby spinach salad, vinagarette with strawberries 1 small boneless piece of chicken *dinner- steak, kale *snacks- steamed veggies, sometimes dipped in guacamole I drink a ton of water throughout the day.

Definitely not eating enough, and in particular probably not eating enough fat. I would suggest trying to add some fat to your breakfast (maybe bacon?) and lunch. If you can give us some more details about what your day is like we can give you some more specific meal suggestions. Other things can factor in too, a big one is how much/how well you are sleeping.

Are you male or female? How tall are you? My first thought was that you are not eating nearly enough.
