I have been doing strict paleo for 1 month now and I have not lost one pound. I am about 60 lbs overweight. I do crossfit 2-3 times a week and run 20 mins on days off with one rest day.
Typical day: *Bkfst- 2 hard boiled eggs *lunch- baby spinach salad, vinagarette with strawberries 1 small boneless piece of chicken *dinner- steak, kale *snacks- steamed veggies, sometimes dipped in guacamole I drink a ton of water throughout the day.
