Hi, I've got a lot of free time and I've decided to be devoted to get in shape. Basically, I want to do Stronglifts with my home equipment, but I love weight lifting and only 3 workout days seem to be very few.
A friend of mine told me to split the week like this:
M- SL T- Hypertrophy Upper Body W-SL T-Hypertrophy Lower Body F-SL
Another person told me to split the workouts in two and do ABA-BAB-ABA-BAB with a rest day every two or three workouts:
Workout A - Legs, Back
Squat, Barbell Row, Deadlift
Workout B - Chest, Shoulder
Overhead Press, Bench Press
What do you think is the best way to do it? Any new ideas?
