Anne - I gained weight on Paleo until I started counting calories. Not everyone needs to do this but I do because, due to chronic illness, I'm not able to engage in strenuous exercise. Now I've lost 22 pounds (pounds I didn't need to lose but which I'm happy are no longer with me). And, my eating habits have changed so that I'm satisfied with what I eat. In fact, I need to start eating a bit more so I can stop losing weight!

Because the diet is full of crap. It's unhealthy and not backed by REAL science. Stay away from thia board as these fatties are very nasty due to lack of carbs
