I cut down my caffeine dramatically for the past month. From 5 cups of coffee a day to about 1. I have gained at least 6-10 pounds and having major aches and pains that I never experienced before that won't go away. It can't be due to withdrawal because 1) still having a bit of coffee 2) it has been a month. I have not changed my diet. Has anyone else experienced this?

Makes sense, caffeine raises your heart rate, so you burn off more calories with it than without it. It's also ergogenic if you take it before working out.
Not sure about the aches - did you by some chance switch to decaf? If you did and it's not swiss method, they probably use something nasty like hexane to decaffinate it.
