Hi everyone. I am 32 yrs of age, and am a house painter by trade which keeps me fairly active. I have been paleo now for exactly 29 days and counting. I started off at a weight of 97.8kg. And have weighed in this morning at 92.8kg. I seem to be stuck at this weight and dont seem to be losing anymore. My goal weight is 85 to 82kgs. My eating is as follows: 4 egg omellette consisting of 4 eggs, diced onion, 4 to 5 diced mushrooms along with 5 diced strips of bacon. Then its a salad all day and in between snacks of tuna and also a chicken breast if i get hungry enough. All this minus the tin of tuna which is in extra virgin olive oil is cooked extra virgin olive oil also. Also the salad is basically half a cabbage, with one shredded carrot and some celery. This is dressed with extra virgin olive oil and about one lemon as the juice. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanx in advance

The salad seems great. I don't know they exact amounts you are eating, but it doesn't seem like too much to me. If your weight still hasn't budged in another week or two you might want to try tweaking a few things, but I really don't see any major problems. Keep up the good work!

TeaElf thanx for the comment. Thats what i thought also. Well atleast now whatever we lose is most likely fat instaed of water. Would be awesome if we lost fat at the rate of water weight :-)

Thanx Kewpie. The reason i say that i have been stuck at this weight is because i lost the weight fairly quickly. But i think your right about giving it more time. Do you think i am eating too much? Is the salad ok?

You've already lost a considerable amount of weight (5 kg = 11 lbs for those in the US) in a relatively short amount of time. You say you are stuck at this weight, but if you've lost 5kg and you've only been doing this for a month you can't have been stuck for very long. I would just give it some more time.

You likely dropped a bit of water weight at the start. Once that's off, the pace of actual fat loss is slower.
