Hey, I'm relatively new to Paleo, I'm 2 months in and LOVING it. I love the way I feel, and I wasn't overweight to begin with, but I'd like to lose about 7 pounds (just my preference). Any tips on how to do that on Paleo? The only fruit I eat is 1/2 an apple in the morning and a handful of berries at lunch, other than that it's all dark leafy greens (2 servings) and good quality meats. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
