A little background: Female. 34 years old. Paleo 1 year. Strict paleo since January . No weight loss. Went VLC in Febuary. Use Ketostix to check for ketosis. Tend to do weekdays VLC and then more carbs on the weekends but this is just because I am undisciplined once the weekend arrives.
So here is my question: Does the magical weight loss happen once you are keto-adapted? I understand this to happen after you have been in ketosis for many weeks and your body switches to being a fat burner. I am not losing any weight and would like to.
