Is my body wasting?

Hi everyone, I am sorry to ask a question that is so similar to a few others that have already been answered. I just feel that my individual symptoms can't be accuretly answered by reading another persons thread. I am a 24 year old man. I work 5 days a week at a landscaping nursery here in Florida so I am outside in the sun and heat lifting heavy things and walking under strain as often as I'm not so I think I would fall under the very active / athletic profile. Maybe not, I don't really know how to label myself as far as that goes. I Have been eating strict (I don't cheat except for a beef protein isolate shake) Paleo for about 4 months now and I go in and out of feeling great and feeling absolutely terrible. As of the last 30 days or so, I have been feeling bad more often than not and losing alot of weight. I am currently 5 foot, 10 inches and I now weight 134 lbs as of last week. I don't feel weak but I do feel tired and unmotivated quite often. I am constipated when I go to the bathroom and haven't been sleeping good or waking up rested either. I don't workout outside of work aside from a few push ups and dips here and there around the house but nothing more than that as I am not really feeling up to it. I have been getting mild headaches several times a week as well as constant neck and upper back pain. I had my blood work done by my doctor last week and they went over everything with me as this is my 3rd time doing blood work in the last 3 months. They said my cholesterol levels were great, thyroid, etc. He said everything they can possibly check for is great but at one point my blood sugar Ha1C was at 5.7 but they arent worried about it. I wake up and within an hour (usually around 8:30) I drink a shake that consists of 2 scoops of Carnivore Mass Beef protein isolate powder, 2 tbs golden flax, 1 scoop green vibrance, and 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk. In short, the shake offers roughly 360 calories, 62 carbs, im not sure on the fats from the flax, and 25 g of protein. I feel like I need to switch to a whole food breakfast but I am just not able to eat in the morning. I'm working on that and I would like to eat a real breakfast instead of using a powder. Also, should I have more or less fat, carbs, or protein with each meal? For lunch (around 12:30) I usually have something like 3 mustard glazed chicken thighs, a big serving a sauteed veggies like squash, onions, garlic, zuchinni all mixed together, and an apple with almond butter. Does this sound like enough food? It seems like more than enough to not be dropping so much weight. Around 5 ill usually snack on something like an orange or another apple with some almond butter and a peice of meat of some kind. Around 7 or 8 I usually eat dinner which consists of something like easy paleo burgers over spinach with bacon and avocado or mixed veggies with salmon or something like that. I feel like I am eating enough food but I am continuing to lose weight yet I have a flabby stomach and chest and I am getting so small and thin everywhere else that people are constantly mentioning it to me. I am looked at and talked to as if I am starving myself when I am eating healthy foods and I honestly eat whenever I am hungry, even if its another small meal at 10:00 pm on many occasions. I am worried that I am going to continue losing weight and waste away and I know it sounds crazy but thats how I feel and look. Thank you so much for your help and I am sorry for such a long post.

Any thoughts on how much red meat I should eat. I love steaks and it makes me feel good to eat steak at work for lunch. Can I eat steak every day or should I limit it. That seems to be a controversial topic now.

Wow, thanks everyone. I agree with you all and I should have caught this myself. I guess I got caught up in my work life and slacked on my diet more than I thought. I am going to cut the shake out completely and go back to whole foods. I never thought about the flax being an issue but thank you for pointing that out. I feel better already knowing that there is some serious room for improvement.

Agree. Skip the flax seeds. Protein powders can spike insulin and put you on a bumpy blood sugar ride. Maybe a shake with eggs instead? Google "Fat Bomb Smoothie" for Richard Nikoley's breakfast shake idea.

Yup, you need to eat more starch, and focus on real foods. I'm worried about some of the ingredients in that shake like the flax possibly causing malabsorption issues later in the day so that you aren't able to get the nutrients you need from your food.

Your activity level requires much more energy than someone sitting at a desk all day long. I think you are not eating enough fat and carbs. Try more bacon, more fruit, liberal amounts of olive oil in your vegetables, a sweet potato or two in your meals, some white rice.
