If you can do dairy, do GOMAD.

Just eat more, seriously. Double (or even triple) the eggs, at least a pound of meat a day (POMAD?), cook in lots of healthy fats such as coconut oil/grass-fed butter/animal fat, and--I can't stress this enough-- STARCHES like white or sweet potatoes and rice.

Well, thar's yer problem. That's a nice menu. For a sickly child. When are you going to be eating a meal sized for an adult male? Plug that into one of the many online nutritional sites and see how few calories you're looking at.

Seriously just eat more. I eat anywhere from 4-7 eggs with 3-4 thick slices of bacon cooked in ghee and the eggs cooked in the bacon grease to absorb as much as possible. For burgers I eat at least 1 lb of grass fed beef at a time, usually with some bacon and especially homemade guacamole... that's an amazing meal right there, especially if the burger is medium rare.

Basically take everything you're eating, and triple the meal size. If you're full then great. If you're hungry, then you eat until you're satisfied, not when you feel "full" especially being a tall male, it's REALLY hard to overeat real food. You should probably keep the bananas in the diet, that's a lot of fructose and will convert into fat which will help you out in the beginning at least, then once you get the weight you want and want to lean out then cut out most of the fruit (at least bananas and grapes) for a while.

Lastly, add in a good strength training routine. I have myself and my clients on the Body By Science workout once a week, and I've gotten great results all around with that. get the book on amazon or youtube "body by science workout" and you'll get plenty of results from mcguff. good luck!
