Hi I've been doing IF for 2 months now and then last week I went Paleo

I weight 108lbs last year (skinny fat) and now I currently weigh 99lbs

I do strength training 3x a week, (kettlebells, barbells)

and here's what I usually eat

On regular days I eat lots of protein from chicken, fish, eggs and I eat raw veggies sometimes I eat nuts

On training days I eat lean meat, and get most of my calories at night, with sweet potatoes, bananas, fruits, greens

Ive been shedding of lbs like crazy so Im not sure if Im losing lean muscle mass or if Im losing fat.

-- I'm getting scared I might keep losing and losing weight and I get all bones. I'm planning to up my food intake more. I dont count calories and usually do an estimate. Help!

Alright. I just got used to skipping breakfast. I eat bananas, plaintains also in particular Nope, actually my day job is just sitting in front of the computer the whole day. My "active" lifestyle begins when I go to the gym to workout. I dont to cardio, I think kettlebell swings count but I do more barbells than kettlebells. Thanks, I used to log my calories at myfitnesspal.com but I got too tired of counting calories so I stopped. I am sorta freaking out right now because this is not the result I wanted to get from going Paleo. I was on IF and didn't lose this much weight.

Eat more post workout carbs, eat more in general. Also don't go too crazy with the IF...Eat a small high fat, high protein breakfast every once in a while. I used to fast ~20 hours everyday. I was lying to myself telling myself I wasn't hungry...I kind of was. Plus I was having trouble digesting my 3,000 calorie dinners haha. Adding brunch a few times a week has really helped me.

Also..i'm not seeing too much fat in your diet. I would add some animal fats. Definitely some coconut oil & olive oil. Fat does not directly make you gain weight..but the extra calories might help.

What about eating fattier meats instead of "lean meat"? I eat fatty cuts of beef and lamb most days. And eat more fat - like add a 1/2 avocado, a few strips of bacon, a big hunk of ghee/coconut oil/etc, or a handful of olives with every meal... And more starchy carbs. Basically just more of everything!

Definitely up your calories and dont freak out. Do be careful though cuz you could be losing muscle and not fat from overtraining and under-recovering. Why dont you lay off the I.F. for a bit and concentrate on getting stronger and not thinner. Is your day to day consist of alot of running around? Your prolly eating way under in calories so i would plug my daily food intake into cronometer or fit day ( just for a few days to get a general idea ). Concentrate on nutrient dense foods. Make sure your not consistently deficient in any particular vitamins and minerals( supplement accordingly). You didnt mention any cardio - but if u do cardio do lower intensity and if u do HIIT keep it to a minimum- both duration and frequency.... agreed -ADD SUM lamb and fattier cuts of beef if u can too :) and wheres your fruits ?? bananas would be great for your carb-up PWO~ a few tweaks and youll be fine :)
