I have a very rare form of Candida: Rhodotorula. I I'm currently being tested for a suspected autoimmune diseases. I started eating whole food healthy 2 years ago. I developed many food sensitivities, And now I am fighting hard to gain weight. My nutritionalist has recommended ground lamb. I hate the taste! But I need full fat. I saw tons of recipes a few minutes ago from my Google search. Which of the plethora of ideas would work best to try and get at least 3 tablespoons in me three times a day. And if it tasted so good I could do more that would be optimal.
