Take a breath and include some info. Height weight, gender, sample menu, activity level.

Barring any addition information I'm going with -

You are pregnant or have a massive fast growing tumor.

Two things come to mind: I wonder if you're getting enough fat. If your body thinks it's starving it'll store fat. Also, if you've had adrenal issues sometimes the body will pack on weight (especially around the midsection) when it starts to get nutrients, because that's what it uses to heal the adrenals.

I think you need to add 100 lbs to the original 20 so that you can be a full grown woman.

Why does everyone presume it's not LMG? I know veggies and under nourished people who went on paleo and their muscle mass skyrocketed.

If you do paleo right you will gain muscle mass even while losing Body fat.
