I am not paleo. I just thought this would be a good place to ask. I have chronically elevated lipase levels and cutting back fat is the only way I can manage it. I also get greasy stools a lot after fatty foods. I have been using coconut oil as my main fat for about a year and it has worked well. I feel that it gives me a lot of energy and helps with the lipase and oily stools. I am quite underweight, and was wondering if the MCTs will prevent weight gain if trying to bulk up. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this? I have heard lots about goat milk being helpful in this regard too.
