Approaching my 30 days on paleo.

Hello everyone. I am fast approaching my 30 days since i began eating paleo. My starting weight was 97.8kgs, am now sitting on 93.8kgs. Just curious as to know if anyone out there tracked there progress withing the first month. And if so what results did you get?

I'm currently sitting on 99.1kg - my lowest has been 96.8kg, after completing a month of Whole30. After a couple of months of screwing around with little to show for it, I'm going to try go back to what worked at the beginning - VLC+dairy+IF. Attempts to add foods back in (especially starchy veges and fruit) have proven counter-productive as far as weight-loss goes (by usually leaving me hungrier after eating). I'm going to give the reliable steak-and-half-a-stick-of-butter another try.

I started at 115.8kg on April 1st, and was 107.8kg on May 1st (paleo with dairy + IF 3 days a week).
