So Ive been doing paleo for about two months now, and have gone from 165lbs to 152lbs, with ~6.5% bodyfat, and 45.3% muscle mass.
Im wondering if thats normal, or healthy ? I feel great, and have no problems but I think Id hate to see my weight go much lower. Ive just started doing a weekly cheat day because it seems I can "afford" it, and I could probably do with bulking up a bit.
