I am trying to lose weight and my personal training gave me a no carb diet but i am suffering sometimes i like i am starving then at other times i am to full and i am barely eating. Help please.......

How about some details...age, height, weight, gender, waist, ~bodyfat %

It should be a low carb diet, not a NO carb diet. Eat at absolute minimum 50g of carbs/day, keep it near 100g and you'll still lose a lot.

Eat carbs...ignore your trainer. Use them for help with workouts if you need but do not take their nutrional advice over listening to your own body.

Have a sweet potato and be happy.
