I am trying to lose weight and my personal training gave me a no carb diet but i am suffering sometimes i like i am starving then at other times i am to full and i am barely eating. Help please.......

It should be a low carb diet, not a NO carb diet. Eat at absolute minimum 50g of carbs/day, keep it near 100g and you'll still lose a lot.
