Im loving this diet ive already lost 8 pounds. 136 down to 128. Im 5 foot 7 so this is an ideal weight for me with my body type I feel. My problem are seems to ONLY be my tummy and sides. Also areas like under my arm pits. I don't want what ass and boob I have to melt away. So far so good they look the same but with the rate im loosing I don't want them to leave me :[

I don't know why people say this about boobs looking bigger on large pecs. Small boobs sit strangely in the middle of large pecs - this is why most competitive female bodybuilders have implants. Why would a large pectoral make a small breast look bigger? Some say that the pec "lifts" the breast - it doesn't. Once fat has left the breast, it deflates, and a deflated breast sitting on top of a really developed pec looks like just what it is. There are images of this if you want to google them. The only answer is implants or a breast lift. Sorry, but that's reality.

Lol, do you think anyone got it? Why can't anyone figure out the difference between the word lose and loose?

There is no way to spot reduce. You will lose (LOSE) fat where your body wants to lose fat, and you can then tone up your LOOSE skin and firm up your LOOSE gluts and make your ass a little rounder, but short of implants, you will never get back what the paleo diet (or any diet) takes away from your boobs.

Unfortunately, boobs are fat. If you continue losing weight, you will lose some size--one usually loses fat all over not in a specific area. If your butt is toned and well muscled, you won't lose size there. If you are worried about your chest, do some bench press activities which will enlarge your pecs and make your boobs appear bigger even if in reality your cup size has gone down. For the butt, do some squats and deadlifts--my butt looks SO MUCH BETTER after 8 months of serious lifting. Even moderate strength work (body lunges, squats, etc) will help you out.

I would need pictures to make an accurate fair assessment ;)

You will probably loose some bewbage but they can become more firm and perky. There are also a wide variety of exercises to do that will enhance your booty, so I wouldn't worry too much there. Above all, just be healthy and happy!
