Which Vitamins/Supplements Should a 25 Year Old Female be taking daily?

PaleoHacks,

I am a 25 year old female that is new to Paleo. I will be starting a Crossfit Foundations course next week, and plan on regularly crossfitting from here on out. It should be noted that I have a 9 hour a day desk job. I also want to lose 80-90 pounds of fat and put on muscle.

I was curious as to which vitamins/supplements are recommended for a woman my age and with the above listed circumstances to be taking daily?

All suggestions and advice are welcome. If you need more information about my lifestyle, feel free to inquire.

Thank you!

EDIT: PER THE REQUEST OF HACKERS, BELOW IS A TYPICAL DAILY MEAL RUNDOWN:

  1. BREAKFAST: 1-2 hard boiled eggs (sometimes scrambled), with uncured bacon, sometimes a type of sausage.
  2. SNACK: Organic Unsweetened Applesauce, with fresh cinnamon added by me, not already in the product (allergic reactions to whole apples). Also, I am consuming very little fruit right now to lower my sugar intake.
  3. Usually leftovers from the night before; OR turkey, with lettuce, tomatoes, and pepper.
  4. SNACK: Beef or Turkey Jerky; OR dehydrated vegetables; OR cucumber slices.
  5. DINNER: Typically a protein consisting of chicken, beef or bison. With a vegetable. Usually red or green peppers, string beans, broccoli, or mixed veggies.
  6. DRINKS: water with lemon juice, and black tea (dislike coffee).
  7. TREAT: squares of 85% dark chocolate or higher; OR bit of Kerrygold cheese.

This is an best summation of what I eat daily. Of course it may alter from day to day. If you have any critiques of what I consume or have recommendations, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE. THAT IS HOW I LEARN.

What fats are you eating? I personally am a high fat, low carb, moderate protein style eater, so for me, I don't see much fat. I know when you want to lose a lot of fat you don't want to eat more of it! But I find it works :)

The Perfect Health Diet's Supplement Recommendations page is a good place to start.

You could track your food in a site like myfitnesspal. I use it to see where my macronutrient ratios are and also track micronutirents. I seem to be constantly low in calcium and iron and super high in Vitamin A and C. It is interesting to keep record of what you are getting and it will show you whether you should be taking any supplements or adjusting your diet.

Natures Sunshine have a good tool on their website to see which areas you could do with supporting (eg digestive, glandular, immune, etc). I've put a link below
