What Paleo foods can help me not lose anymore weight?

Hello! My boyfriend and I began the Paleo diet just 9 days ago. He's lost 10 pounds already which is awesome, he's 6'1" and 228, was 238. I've lost 5 pounds, down to 106 from 111. His goal is weight loss and overall feeling healthy, mine is just the latter because our diet had a lot of carbs, some nasty processed foods, and I was always groggy. Now, I feel awesome, but at 5'6" and 106lbs, I am well below a healthy BMI. My question is, are there any Paleo foods that will help me not lose anymore weight but still feel great? I've been eating sweet potatoes everyday, and I also eat dates (which are questionable if Paleo or not), because I believe the more sugars in my food, the more weight I will keep on. Am I wrong in that belief? Just background, we've been eating a LOT of grass-fed beef, free-range eggs, bacon, wild-caught fish, kale, spinach, carrots, and bananas. I'm making roast chicken for supper with veggies, and I'll use the leftover carcass for a chicken veggie soup tomorrow with bacon. Any advice is welcome, I don't want to lose anymore weight!

Add more starch: potatoes, sweet potatoes, tapioca pudding, etc...

Avocado, if you eat it, and yes, nuts.

If you eat dairy, stuff those dates with cream cheese and add some heavy cream to anything it is good with, and plenty of butter on the sweet potato. Smoothies w/ whole fat yogurt are a good way to sneak in extra calories.

I'd add more fruit, whatever kind you like.

Liver pate is a good high fat/high calorie food w/ lots of nutrients.

I cannot lose weight when I snack regularly -- wonder if it would help if you started eating something high calorie between meals?

If it's too hard to eat enough at the "typical" main meal,

1) Add in a snack of two to your day. The smaller meals will be easier to eat--maybe something like a handful of nuts and an apple. The other snack can be a hard=boiled egg along with some olives and fruit.

It's not the just type of food, it's how much you are eating. You are probably not used to more fat. Without the mindless chomping that refined carbs tend to elicit, you're probably just not eating enough. Fruit feels easier on the stomach, so if that is a good first step to add calories, go ahead!

2) dress up the food you are already eating at dinner. Along with your dinner, sneak in some sprinklings of bacon if you don't already have it on your salad. Add a bit of chopped nuts.

Small changes are probably all you need. Good luck with your health journey!

i'm tiny, too, and my main thing to gain weight is always cooking things in bacon fat and adding olive oil at the end. i also eat a lot of medjool dates, grapes, and bananas. i don't see any problem with loving fruit. i don't do any starches, eggs, nightshades, seaweeds, dairy, or the other non-paleo foods, so most of my calories come from meat. i am big on salmon, ground beef, liverwurst, bacon, and tuna.

I could throw you a bit of my excess weight - pity we can't do a swap. What I have no trouble eating - just ate 1250 calories of nuts and raisins this afternoon. After that I had an orange and an apple. I never find it remotely hard to eat huge amounts of calories whether I'm eating paleo or eating badly.

Try eating a lot more, every 2 or 3 hours, constant snacks.

I wish those who find it easy to lose weight could swap their tips. It's all their in the post actually - eating how I'd love to make myself eat.

Up your fruits and nuts intake and that should put on weight and just eat more food. I put on 30 pounds because I eat a lot and like it and it only went up when I broke the 2 or 3 years I had had with no junk food because on one single day I ate stuff I was addicted to and should never have had again and it was all down hill from then on.

I would recommend to keep eating fruits, and try adding some raw nuts in your diet. That can stall weight loss for a lot of people. Lucky girl tho ;) I bet most people would love if they had to figure out how to STOP losing weight. For most of us it's quite the opposite. But I know it can be scary this way around too. So yah try adding in some nuts and keep eating the fruit and see if that helps! Good luck!
