I am going to experiment with ketosis and would like to know which are the most nutrient dense vegetables that are low carb and good for staying in ketosis.

Most vegetables are low carb, and the carbs they have are fiber. From my experience I was able to remove fiber carbs from my carb count. For example, I could stay in ketosis at 50g carbs or 75g carbs (with 25g from fiber).

The ones you want to stay away from are tubers and roots.

I am trying out Ketosis to see how I do.

I'm eating spinach, fresh herbs, zuchini, cucumber, seaweed, small amounts of green bell-pepper, garlic, broccoli and the odd bit of tomato based salsa.

I don't measure but I suspect I am under 20gm per day from veg and then whatever is in my cheese, meat etc...
