Hi everyone, I have been living Paleo for about 5 weeks now, I've lost 15 lbs so far and thrilled. I did notice this last week I only lost 1 lb. (I know, I should be happy) but I found myself wondering what I'm doing wrong and came up with two things: 1) I'm at work at a desk for 8 hours a day and used to drink coffee or diet coke, those are no longer part of my diet..however...I have been drinking a hot chocolate once a day, with sugar :( or tea with tons of honey... is it possible that is what is slowing my weight loss down? I'm trying to do this as close to 100% as I can, but it is difficult with some things. The other thing is I have used light ranch dressing on my salad a few times...trying to find a good oil and vinegar dressing I like.... is this something that also is just BAD for me all together? I have Hashimoto Thyroid Disease too, but losing weight inspite of it but wondered if that will slow down my weight loss and I just need to be patient. I just got so excited to be losing 3 lbs a week! I thought it would keep going like that. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!!
