Weight Loss/ Or more of a cutting phase

I am currently walking around about 195 lbs. Solid base, been athlete my whole life, carry alot of muscle with me, BUT I don't believe I nessesarily need to lose weight more than just ripping up my body.

Need ideas people. Im really strong but wanting to see abs for the first time and lean out all of my core and body overall. But do not want to lose my size so to speak

Ideas are welcome

Keep your relative macronutrient ratios as low carb, medium protein, and the rest as fat... up to just under your current daily caloric requirements. Try to undershoot by 100-500 calories per day.

Get plenty of rest.

Do resistance training and HIIT conditioning.
