I have my first BJJ tournament coming up in November. Without going through my paleo/primal history or my day to day, I just wanted to hear what some fighters and/or bjj players have done for weight cuts.
Pre-roll i'm between 204-207 (post roll 201-204), and I need to weigh in at 202 to compete. With roughly 6 weeks out, this shouldn't be a problem, but I wanted some insight from those who have been there already. The last thing I want to do is starve/sauna/cardio week of...but I will if I must. I'd like to be around 195 week of, just as a buffer.
I roll 4 days a week, usually between 1hr15-1hr45 a session. I also walk my dogs about 45min-1hr a day. I generally eat 2 times a day, noon, and around 9pm. I fast here and there, too. I can give more info (ratio's, etc.) if that helps you help me out.
