Hello i am 16 years old i am 1.63 cm and my weight is about 72.5 kg i want to loss it, i have drop like 30 kg last to years but when i left the low calories diet i gained like 7 kg i used to run and bycicle but i got bored of it so i dicided to do Cross fit, i do it like 6 times a week i have already a month, i eat well i am trying to eat more protein and vegetables but i want to know if it will help to toned up and get to my ideal weight that will be like around 60-55 kg? We have the same height! Yay! You weigh much less tho! Kudos for that!:p
Although I'm not one to talk, since I am almost -sedentary-. I have read many times that for weightloss you should crossfit less than 6x week. Maybe 3x a week max and add running/sprinting. I hear that's better for weightloss.
Nutrition is 80% and exercise is 20% Make sure you're avoiding sugar, grains,legumes and processed foods. Eat more fat :avocados, coconut oil, grassfed butter, animal fat(grassfed animal), olive oil. And make sure you get carbs after your work out, a baked sweet potato or a banana would do. (i think,-correct me if I am wrong)
