Hi, I'm 14 years old and a girl. I'm 170cm and I weight around 56 kg. I have been feeling VERY uncomfortable in my body lately to the point where I don't like seeing myself in full body mirrors. I eat a balanced diet and try to run daily. And when school comes around a play volleyball basketball and tennis. My main problem is my belly area where I have some fat. (I don't want to blow this out of proportion because I am not so fat but I feel very uncomfortable in my body). That is the only place where I feel uncomfortable in. My legs and thighs are fine because I have a lot of muscle around those areas. I am wondering if there is a way for me to raise my self esteem and by confidence in myself. And also how I can lose my unwanted fat around my belly region. Lately one of my class mates who was quite chubby lost a lot of weight (7-10kg) and that didn't exactly help my self confidence as to seeing how I'm not losing any weight my self. Please can I know how to feel better about my self and lose my unwanted fat??
