Tummy fat postpartum

I breastfed my daughter for a year, and it seemed no matter what I ate I burned it off (pretty much stayed paleo) to the point where I was in the best shape I've been in. Even when I was just nursing her once a day, I was still pretty slim. Now that I've completely weaned, I'm still slim but there is a little blob of fat that's returned to my tummy that doesn't seem to go away even with eating well and doing some HIITs. Is this postpartum tummy fat here to stay, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it? Am I eating too much fruit? I only have an apple or pear a day, but wondering if even that is too much?

I also have that tummy, its normal i think will get rid off that through proper exercise and diet.

I've just cut down to 2 feeds a day for my son now and I have found that I have put on a bit of weight (but all over, in a healthy way).  But if there is a bit of fat on your tum I would think it could be the fruit (fruit=sugar). For myself, I put on weight if I eat an excess of almond flour (in cakes etc...) or excess potatoes. I rarely eat fruit anymore (I find them too sweet, especially apples and pears, except cooked). If you struggle giving up that little bit of fruit a day, maybe substitute it for berries? (I think they're less full of fructose than apples and pears, though obviously it depends how much you eat). 

Hah! Just when you think you've got a bit more freedom to eat what you feel like without thinking of how you will affect your babe, your body rebels.
