I've been Paleo for a month now or so.. I was expecting to see bigger weight loss but not so much. I've been struggling to lose weight since September last... recently, I eat clean meals but one day every 2 weeks or 3 weeks I eat a restricted amount of white carbs, not too much of a "binge", yet still I am not losing weight. I lift heavy and light weights, run 5-6 days/week, eat well, and sleep probably no less than 6 (on a bad day), but primarily 7-9 hrs. I have no record of any thyroid issues and I don't understand if it's something with me, or that I'm not eating enough, I do IF but I don't know if it's all working, or if I should be more patient with myself....

omg.. u sound exactly like me. Im kinda stuck too.. i keep weighing every morning and the needle never budges. I think we all just plateau sometimes. Maybe try to add some tabata training..( google or you tube it if your not familiar) I should be doing some now! I do find that sometimes when you least expect it the weight loss finally shows on the scale. Could be youve added muscle while losing fat so its not registering on the scale. Ive recently switched over to kinda following the PHD (perfect health diet) recommendations on combining safe starches with my meals.. like white rice or potatoes. I was glad i dint "gain" weight from adding those back in. I think its been a long winter and everyone seems to hold onto weight in the winter.(and often times gain) Guess we should just keep doing what we're doing, dont get discouraged, and maybe try to change things up a bit and tweak (exercise/diet)..but other than that..patience is key. As long as we're feeling strong and nourished..the weight loss will come. have a look through this page- http://perfecthealthdiet.com/2011/02/perfect-health-diet-weight-loss-version/
