Paleo for weightloss and roasted squash seeds?

I'm baking a spaghetti squash and I thought I'd roast up the seeds...Ultimately health is my goal, but right now that entails about a 60 pound weight loss...Roast'em or toss'em?

Seeds have a binge potential for me. But only one squash isn't enough to binge on.

I've never roasted them, but I'd surmise they would be similar to roasted pumpkin seeds. The worst that will happen is you'll roast them, they'll taste terrible, and you'll never do it again!

If they do turn out good, they'd be great mixed into a salad or tossed with sauced spag squash. Bon appetit!

Edit: Since weight loss is your goal, go easy on the seeds and nuts, probably no more than a tablespoon each day. It is very easy to overeat seeds and nuts, stalling or reversing weight loss.
