Nutrition Targets

Hello all! Thank you in advance for any help provided.

I purchased a UP24 today with the hope of it aiding me in achieving my weight loss goal. With that said I'm unsure how to set the parameters on the "Nutrition Targets" screen; I've attached a couple of screen shots to serve as a reference. I would like to know how many grams/milligrams of unsaturated fat,saturated fat,fiber,sugar,cholesterol, etc I need to be consuming each day (or what percentage of my caloric intake needs to come from the aforementioned).

Here's some additional info:

Height- 5'2 1/2

Meso endomorphic build (Medium framed)

Current Weight- 140lbs

Target Weight- 125lbs

My doctor has set my caloric intake to 1,500 kcal a day and has limited my carbs to 50g (because of pre-diabetes).

I'd certainly not consume 75g of sugar a day if you're diabetic (as per the 1st screenshot) - I'd set that to zero.

50g of carbs, from things like starchy veggies is great.

Don't worry about unsaturated fat. Eat real fats. If anything saturated fats and MUFAs are very beneficial, while PUFAs can be dangerous if oxidized or from industrial seed oils.

Eat 3 palm sized portions of grassfed/pastured meat a day, and get the rest of the calories from good quality fats, and a little bit of starchy veggies, and lots of greens. Don't count the leafy greens as carbs as they've got very little.
