So I've been doing CrossFit 6 days/week since mid march & have been eating paleo as well. I don't feel like my body is where it should be @ this point. I can tell a difference in how my clothes fit-in a good way. I just don't feel like I'm losing weight like I should be & I've never had such a fat looking stomach in my life like I do now, but can't figure out why if I'm doing CrossFit 6 days/week & eating paleo. I'm 31 & I've regularly worked out for years, but I was kinda hit or miss oct 2012-feb 2012 so I def gained weight, but feel like by the end of may I should be seeing more results than what I'm seeing right now. Does anyone else feel like this?? I feel like I look like I'm a couple months prego & I'm def not!!! What gives?!? Super frustrated!!!!!

Don't get me wrong, crossfit type workouts are great in appropriate amounts but 6 days a week may not be appropriate for you. Belly Fat often equals cortisol, too much crossfit often equals cortisol. So divide by 3 and carry the 1 and you get too much crossfit = belly fat. You may be getting caught up in the "if some is good, more is better!" mind set and driving yourself right into the ground. Back off the crossfit and see if that helps. Throw in a few rest days or active recovery days. On a personal note, when trying to drop body fat crossfit does not work for me. I wish it did, but it just doesn't. Old school weight lifting is where I see the best improvements.
Also, just eating paleo does not guarantee weight loss. If you eat a side of beef everyday and chase it with a gallon of coconut oil and a few pounds of sweet potatoes I doubt the fat will melt right off. I have no idea what your diet is like but just make sure your intake is appropriate, some people have more wiggle room than others. It isn't fair but it is true.
So, take a good look at the amount of crossfit you are doing and have a good look at what and how much you are eating you may be a few simple tweaks away from getting things rolling in the right direction.

That level of crossfit is going to require some serious food intake to support. I agree with the above that you think about cutting down the crossfit and see how to you. Ideally I would go with 4 days a week of strength training, 1-2 HIIT sessions, and lots of fasted walking.
Without knowing any details of your nutrition, if you are going to keep up that level of crossfit I suggest you eat more. More Calories, More Carbs, More Protein, and More Fats. It sounds to me like you are not eating enough to support your activity and you are just driving your self into the ground. Add more about what exactly you've been eating for more specific advice.

I would say it's mostly diet related. I have been paleo for about 4 weeks and have lost about 10lbs and an inch around my waistline. I'm not doing any form of exercise other than yard work and chasing around a toddler.
