So my primary goal was weight loss. Of course it was also just being healthy over-all. Today marks my 2 week bench mark and i feel great! I have lost about 7 pounds was about 331 now about 324. But the coolest part is I lost over an inch and a half on my waist. My target weight is about 230 (i know that is heavy for most 5'11" guys but I am very large framed and was a high school football player so 230 looks really lean for me). So in question for those of you in a similar situation, how did the rest of the experience go?
I forgot to mention I don't ever plan on going back to my old way of eating. This isn't a diet it is a way of life! Though of course I am sure I will occasional eat some non paleo stuff, I refuse to feel bad about it like cheating on a diet. My mom wants to make me a big ol dish of pasta for my birthday I will eat it. I mean hey thats on;y once a year. But in teh long run I don't ever plan on going back to the way I did things before. I feel so much more healthy!

I would say that at times weight loss may stall, but do not get discouraged! It sounds like you're on the right track. Make sure to walk that zone where you are eating enough to be satiated, but under your burn rate so weight loss continues.
Are you getting exercise? Enough exercise will help weight loss, posture, mood, etceteras!
