I'm a very active 47 year old male. After gaining 15 lbs on prednisone for an ear infection I got back to Crossfit and started eating Paleo. I've been eating by the book Paleo for 17 days and dropped about 3 lbs. I've dropped as much as 20 lbs in a month cutting out grains and sugar but don't seem to be dropping weight with Paleo...thoughts?

Initial, huge weight loss= water weight. 3lbs in 17 days = pretty average weight loss. I lose 4lbs a month now that I'm within my last 20 lbs of goal. No worries. :) Paleo isn't magic.
