Loose skin/stretch marks after weight loss

So, kudos me, I've lost 35lb, 195 to 160, 36" waist to 31". I'm 5'7" and 48 years old. Yay!

But, I've got this flappy wattle under my chin and these deep wrinkles/striations on my belly and upper arms. Ugh! Do you think at my age this will ever tighten up? I lost the weight over about six months so it wasn't like I had a gastric bypass or anything -- if you want to see some gruesome pics, look up people who had that done and lost enormous weight very quickly; they look like desiccated husks with flaps of skin hanging all over -- so I'm hoping over time this will go away. Is there anything I can do to kind of move it along?
